This box contains 5kg or 9.5kg of pre-packed and frozen organic lamb, hogget and mutton.

All Tamarisk Farm livestock graze our seaside meadows throughout the year, and are finished on the same herb rich grasses. Slow-grown until they naturally reach maturity, then hung on the bone for in time honoured fashion to further develop its depth of flavour. Freshly frozen, and delivered directly from Tamarisk Farm; it’s also excellent value for money. This box pairs the ages of livestock to the cuts of meat best suited to their character and depth of flavour: tender lamb chops, succulent hogget burgers and juicy mutton sausages with incredible flavour.

Precise quantities of each will vary to ensure the box is the appropriate weight.

Small: £16.13/kg for 5kg – a 5% discount on standard prices.

Large: £15.48/kg for 9.5kg – a 10% discount on standard prices.
