Not all our cuts of meat are identical in weight, so the amount charged for the item at checkout is based on the maximum weight of the items. Once your item has been packed, if the item is less than the maximum weight paid for, we’ll refund the difference. Please note that this refund may take 3-5 business days to appear back onto your credit card or into your account due to bank processing.
