You can collect from Tamarisk Farm when the shop is open, or by arranging an alternative time with us if that isn’t convenient.

If you are choosing this option, we will aim to have your order ready by the next time our shop will be open. Please note that if you place your order less than 3 working days before you want to come we may not be able have it waiting for you, although we will make every effort to compile your order quickly if we can. Let us know which day you hope to come, either on the checkout page, by phone or by email and we will confirm.

If you only receive this delivery option, it can mean that 1) We don’t deliver that product to your postcode, or 2) our delivery algorithm has failed to produce an appropriate option. Please contact us to discuss your options.

I will collect from Bridport Market is a recent option for those based around Bridport or visiting the area. We have a market stall on the first Saturday of each month at the Bridport Street Market, where we can bring your order for you to collect. Please note that if you place your order less than 3 working days before the market we may not be able have it ready for you, although we will make every effort to compile your order quickly if we can. Please let us know which date you intend to come, either on the checkout page, by phone or by email. If the market is cancelled we will post details on our facebook and instagram pages.

As a small family farm, we dispatch orders only once a week. This is usually early in the week but it is variable. We cannot guarantee delivery in the week of order, whatever the day or time you make the order. The automated confirmation email says that your order is being processed but neither this nor the date of money transfer give you information about the dispatch date.

If you have a particular deadline, please tell us about it in a separate email quoting your order number. We will do our best to help. If we can’t, we will reimburse you.

We use the courier APC-Overnight for the majority of our deliveries. This is a signed-for next day delivery service. Please note that this is next day from dispatch NOT next day from ordering. Your order will usually be received the day after dispatch. You can track your delivery on their website here.

Please note that due to its perishable nature, we are only able to deliver our meat boxes to postcodes within Wales and England.

Our stock is shared between our physical shop in West Bexington and our online store. We endeavour to ensure that the stock on the website remains up to date, however it is possible that our stocks will have run low. If your order can’t be fulfilled we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Due to a surcharge from our courier, London, Scotland and Northern Ireland will be subject to a slightly higher postage fee than other UK postcodes.

Postage is based on both weight and volume. The prices listed are inclusive of VAT.

If items in your basket are VAT-exempt (i.e. most food items) then you also don’t need to pay VAT on the delivery; this will give you a lower delivery price than those indicated below.

International delivery will go by signed for airmail and may take longer depending on your location.

Please note: Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes for which you would be responsible

We realise that comparing colours on a computer screen may not be easy so if, when you receive your wool, you find that the colour is not suitable for the project you were planning you can return it to us within 7 working days of receipt.

Sheepskins are a natural and therefore variable product. We aim to be as precise as possible with these in the product description. If you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 7 working days of receipt.

For a full refund, all the items must be intact, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition; you will have to pay the return postage. Contact us at farm@tamariskfarm.co.uk or on 01308 897781 before returning the items to ensure that we are expecting them. We do not guarantee a refund if you have not contacted us first.

Due to their perishable nature, we don’t accept returns of food items, but retain the right to issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please contact us within 24hrs of delivery with images detailing the issue.

We use WoolCool packaging for our meat boxes. The insulation is wool, making it the perfect thing to use to help mulch down your garden.
