Description
Our traditional North Devon “Ruby Red” cattle graze our seaside meadows throughout the year, and are finished on the same herb rich grasses. This produces meat that is marbled, succulent and full of flavour.
Contents include:
- 1.5kg of rump and sirloin steaks
- 3.5kg of topside, silverside, top rump and brisket joints
- 1kg of braising steak
- 1.5kg of stewing beef
- 2kg of beef mince
- 1kg of beef sausages**
- 1kg 100% beef burgers
Precise quantities of each may vary to ensure the box is 12kg.
* Unfortunately our fresh beef boxes can only be delivered locally. If you are outside postcode areas DT1 – DT8 you are welcome to collect from the farm, otherwise please do contact us to discuss other options. Frozen meat boxes can be ordered anytime from our website and delivered countrywide.
