Organic Milling Wheat Grain – Maris Wigeon

We grow an older English wheat variety, Maris Wigeon, which is well suited to organic farming and has been traditionally prized for thatching straw as well as for breadmaking.

Whole organic wheat grains in larger quantities. Suitable both for home milling and larger scale mills; we currently supply a number of water mills in the South-West. If you run a water or wind mill and are looking for larger quantities please contact us.
